Old Man Goanna parades around
Striding out across the ground
The ideas that float around his head
That settle gently into his tread
Sashaying quietly in the corner of your eye
Dashing in and taking a chance
In an ever-expanding dance
Of danger
Open your mind and you will see
Teh way he lives never showng fear
A cheeky man on pwoerful legs
Laughing at us as he takes the eggs
